We are a growing Real Estate Firm in Ibadan and we need to hire a real estate agent/officers? Perhaps your company/family or friend is looking to add a new location or sell an older property that is no longer needed. 


Roles and Duties

 

Real estate agents / officers represents the company to work with clients to help them buy, sell or rent real estate. Real estate agent roles and duties include interfacing with clients, acting as a go-between for buyers and sellers and performing administrative, research and marketing tasks. Some of the general duties of a real estate agent/officers include the following:


Administrative:


Answer phone calls and emails

Schedule appointments and showings

Update property listings

Draft and deliver documents

Order supplies


Research:


Perform real estate market analysis

Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices

Search open listings to find properties


Marketing:


Create and distribute promotional material

Manage online and social media presence

Network with potential clients and local businesses

Run advertising campaigns

Build a blog or website


Social Media Manager:


Handles all social media handles especially WhatsApp By responding to clients request and marketing of property listing on different WhatsApp platforms 


Acquisitions:


Managing the process of acquiring land or property, including site selection, property appraisal, and deal negotiation. 


Sales and Leasing:


Representing clients in selling or leasing properties, conducting market analysis to determine pricing and marketing strategies, and managing the sale or lease process. 


Portfolio Management:


Overseeing a portfolio of leased or owned properties, including lease administration, renewals, and tenant relations. 


Compliance:


Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions and property management. 


Negotiation:


Negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and other real estate-related agreements. 


Market Research:


Conducting market research to understand property values, demand, and trends. 


Client Relations:


Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. 


Types of Real Estate Officers:


Commercial Real Estate Officer:Focuses on commercial properties like office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. 


Residential Real Estate Officer:Specializes in residential properties, such as houses, apartments, and condos. 


Government Real Estate Officer:Works for government agencies or public bodies to manage and administer real estate assets. 

Examples of Real Estate Officer Roles:


Real Estate Manager: Oversees a team of real estate officers and manages the overall real estate portfolio of an organization. 


Real Estate Investment Analyst: Analyzes investment opportunities in the real estate market and provides financial recommendations. 


Real Estate Compliance Officer: Ensures compliance with real estate regulations and policies.

Payment Plan


We only pay based on commission up to 5% for every transactions depending on the amount
